SITE DETAILS
Power demands in this area had outreached the ability of the
local power company to provide service. A design was put in
place to build a natural gas turbine generator to be used as a
peaker plant. The equipment supplied for the peaker plant
generated process water, the site work also provided for site
drainage that needed to be pumped through a package treatment
facility and then on to the City's sanitary sewer. Romtec was
chosen as the solution for this complicated pumping
requirement.
Construction of a new power generation plant required a series
of lift stations to pump process water and site storm water to
an on site treatment facility and then off site to the city's
sanitary sewer system
