SITE DETAILS
New 200-unit single family & 200 unit multi- family
residential development. Due to lack of capacity in the
existing storm drain channel a detention pond was required and
a method of draining the pond after a storm, thus requiring a
lift station. Romtec Utilities was the solution.
Storm run-off for 200 units of single-family and 200 units of
multi-family town homes. Two pumps, each producing 1581 GPM @
24.4' TDH, drain a 20-million gallon detention basin @ 3100
