City of Visalia, CA – Wastewater Lift Station
Wastewater Pumping System Project Description
Visalia is a city in southern California in the San Joaquin Valley which is known for its agriculture.
The City is the county seat to Tulare County which is one of the most productive agricultural counties in the country. Visalia is about halfway between Bakersfield and Fresno.
Several national parks are located nearby where the Sierra Nevada mountains sit just to the east including Sequoia National Park.
As part of the Visalia Logistics Center Phase II Project, the design of a wastewater lift station to transport general site sewage is required due to the elevation differences in the vicinity of the site.
The project is part of a two-phase large industrial development located in Visalia, California.
The lift station will also be sized to handle future development to the east of the project site. The Visalia Logistics Center project will be divided into the construction of two separate buildings. Building 1 will be constructed first, while the second building will be constructed at a later date.
