Hancock Parkway Properties | Stormwater Lift Station

Hancock Parkway Properties needed a stormwater pump station to manage runoff from the buildings and parking lot. The site of the new development is close to the Santa Clara River, driving the need for all the stormwater runoff to be collected and treated in order to keep contaminated water from making its way into the Santa Clara.
Clark Regional Wastewater District | Industrial Sewer Lift Station

Located at the northeastern edge of Vancouver on NE 117th Ave, this lift station will service a small industrial development as the city continues to grow and push its borders out. The Nielsen Industrial Subdivision that the sewer lift station will be serving involves roughly four acres of land for industrial construction.
City of Vancouver | Wastewater Packaged Pump Station

Romtec Utilities was contacted to provide a package wastewater lift station for Columbia Palisades, a mixed-use development in Vancouver, Washington. This large development project by Airpark Development will transform 84-acres of an old rock quarry into an urban neighborhood with residential units, commercial spaces, and offices.

Romtec Utilities was contacted to provide a design service order for a new booster pump station and control building for a housing development in the Town of Samoa.

Romtec Utilities designed and supplied a booster pump station and an integrated control building for an upscale development. This booster system regulates water pressure for the newly constructed homes.
City of Shafter | Multi-Phase Residential Development

Gossamer Grove is the largest housing development in the City of Shafter. Romtec Utilities provided the wastewater lift station for this development after establishing a standard lift station configuration with the City on previous projects.
