Groundwater Reclamation

Pump Stations for Groundwater Reclamation Systems

High-Volume Pumping Capabilities for Groundwater Reclamation

We engineer pumping systems with all types of pump technologies and sizes that are suitable for groundwater reclamation. With axial flow pumps, turbine pumps, and others, you can move high water volumes to recharge basins, desalinization, or another reclamation process.

Get Any System Accessories Required at Your Station

Romtec Utilities can integrate all types of accessories into your groundwater reclamation pump station. We commonly see intake structures, flow metering, control buildings, weirs, and other accessories in this application. You can get the accessory options you need included with your pump station project through a single partner.

Our Electrical Engineers Provide Modern Pump Station Telemetry

Groundwater reclamation systems range in size and sophistication, and Romtec Utilities will supply the appropriate controls and telemetry you need. Our electrical engineers can integrate into an existing SCADA system, provide two-way communication options, or provide simple text message alerts.

Benefit from Our Comprehensive On-Site Services

We provide construction advisers for our systems that keep installation moving smoothly for contractors. After installation, a Romtec Utilities technician comes to your site to commission the station. This process involves starting up the pumps for the first time and performing tests that ensure the system meets its design specifications.

City of Hesperia | Booster Station
700 GPM | 150′ TDH

The City of Hesperia Booster station receives water from the Victor Valley Reclamation facility, which discharges reclaimed water into tanks adjacent to the booster station. Romtec Utilities worked upfront with both the City and Site Engineer, Merrell Johnson, to design a system that would meet their needs.

McBryde Resources | Continuous High Flow, High Head Pumping
9600 GPM | 415′ TDH

To create new potable water, this lift station pumps clean stormwater from a collection/storage basin to a treatment facility. Duplex vertical turbine pumps move high flows of water very efficiently and use soft starters to reduce torque on the vertical shaft and provide additional pump diagnostics.
