The development of multiple retail outlets in San Clemente, California required the installation of a stormwater pump station. The system needed to work with the specifications of another pumping system by discharging collected stormwater through an on-site biofiltration treatment system.
Grain Millers, Inc. | Wastewater & Process Fluid Lift Station in Food Production Facility

Romtec Utilities was contacted to design and supply a wastewater lift station for the newly constructed Northern Gold Foods manufacturing facility in Junction City, Oregon. The new system handles wastewater from both sewer lines and process water from the food manufacturing process.
United Natural Foods Inc. | Combined Private and Public Sewer Lift Station

Romtec Utilities was hired to design and supply a wastewater lift station to expand the sewer infrastructure in Ridgefield, WA. The lift station was for an expansion of a commercial distribution center for United Natural Foods, Inc. or UNFI.
United States Postal Service | Wastewater & Stormwater Collection Lift Station

A new distribution center for the United States Postal Service required a lift station that handles both wastewater and stormwater flows, because the stormwater that is collected onsite is essentially wastewater due to fuel and other contaminants from a truck loading area.

Romtec Utilities designed and supplied five stormwater pump stations for a commercial development in Long Beach, California. Romtec Utilities coordinated with The Mark Company and Level to commission these systems and provide start-up, testing, and training for the owners at Long Beach Exchange.
Coffee & Downing | Retail Buildings Lift Station

The property on the corner of Coffee Road and Downing Avenue in Bakersfield, California was recently developed by Four M Investments into several retail buildings. Romtec Utilities was contracted to design, supply, and manufacture a site-specific wastewater lift station that would meet the requirements of this project.

Manufacturing
Romtec Utilities provides a high level of system prefabrication prior to delivery of the system to the jobsite. Construction
Romtec Utilities ensures the quality and success of every pumping system from the early stages of design, all the way through installation and construction. Romtec Utilities will send experienced installation advisors to the site who will advise the installing contractor throughout the installation process providing all parties with the reassurance that the station is constructed and ultimately functioning as designed.
Commissioning
Romtec Utilities’ startup, testing, and training services are essential to the success of any pumping system. Following installation our technicians are on-site working directly with all parties to field check the control panel, operate the pumps, perform system testing, and provide world class training to all maintenance personnel.
Warranty
With Romtec Utilities, every complete pump station is covered with a standard one-year warranty. Romtec Utilities also provides ongoing support from our entire team throughout the lifetime of our products. This support is provided to ensure that every pump and lift station project is successful.
