Pump Stations to Handle Water from Commercial, Residential, & Other Zoned Lots
We Handle Sewer, Stormwater, & Other Water Types for New Developments
Romtec Utilities will supply a pumping system to handle the specific water needs for your mixed-use development. We work on sewer, stormwater, pressure boosting systems, and other water applications for developers every day. Romtec’s process helps developers get systems designed, approved, and installed to meet any timelines and requirements.
Romtec’s System Prefabrication Process Helps with Easy Installation Onsite
Development projects always benefit from organized subcontractors, and Romtec Utilities provides multiple levels of prefabrication which make construction easier for everyone. When your system arrives, installation is quick and straightforward for your installing contractor and keeps the development running smoothly.
Romtec Has Solutions for Challenging Water on Mixed-Use Sites
For combined sewer and stormwater, water conditions are less predictable. Future tenants like restaurants or apartments can change the nature of the water, and these conditions may not be anticipated during design and construction. Romtec Utilities advises our clients on how to handle these scenarios depending on each project.
We Provide Ownership Transfer Documents, O&Ms, & Training
Romtec Utilities helps developers deed sewer lift stations over to owners, property managers, or the public by providing documentation and training for the lift station operators. Our documentation combined with our services makes the ownership transition much easier and smoother for all parties involved.

Laguna Canyon Group | Stormwater Pump Station with On-Site Water Treatment
14 GPM | 22′ TDH
The development of multiple retail outlets in San Clemente, California required the installation of a stormwater pump station. The system needed to work with the specifications of another pumping system by discharging collected stormwater through an on-site biofiltration treatment system.
Grain Millers, Inc. | Wastewater & Process Fluid Lift Station in Food Production Facility
70 GPM | 38′ TDH
Romtec Utilities was contacted to design and supply a wastewater lift station for the newly constructed Northern Gold Foods manufacturing facility in Junction City, Oregon. The new system handles wastewater from both sewer lines and process water from the food manufacturing process.
United Natural Foods Inc. | Combined Private and Public Sewer Lift Station
187 GPM | 32.8′ TDH
Romtec Utilities was hired to design and supply a wastewater lift station to expand the sewer infrastructure in Ridgefield, WA. The lift station was for an expansion of a commercial distribution center for United Natural Foods, Inc. or UNFI.
United States Postal Service | Wastewater & Stormwater Collection Lift Station
100 GPM | 29.7′ TDH
A new distribution center for the United States Postal Service required a lift station that handles both wastewater and stormwater flows, because the stormwater that is collected onsite is essentially wastewater due to fuel and other contaminants from a truck loading area.
Long Beach Exchange Retail | Five Identical Stormwater Pump Stations
150 GPM | 15.9′ – 18.7′ TDH
Romtec Utilities designed and supplied five stormwater pump stations for a commercial development in Long Beach, California. Romtec Utilities coordinated with The Mark Company and Level to commission these systems and provide start-up, testing, and training for the owners at Long Beach Exchange.
Coffee & Downing | Retail Buildings Lift Station
130 GPM | 33.2′ TDH
The property on the corner of Coffee Road and Downing Avenue in Bakersfield, California was recently developed by Four M Investments into several retail buildings.
