The Union Pacific Depot in Cheyenne, Wyoming needed two new stormwater pump stations to replace existing systems. Both stormwater systems discharge into an evaporation pond that was installed as a part of this larger water collection replacement, which also included three additional Romtec Utilities wastewater lift stations.

Romtec Utilities was contacted to design and supply a stormwater pump station as part of an improvement project at an industrial power switch station in Trenton, New Jersey. This is one of several locations where aging infrastructure is being replaced by the local electric company, Public Service Enterprise Group, or PSE&G.

A new Walmart Supercenter required this package stormwater pump station to handle runoff from its large impervious parking lot. A good sized detention basin collects the runoff water during a storm event, including from surrounding properties.

The construction of a new Home Depot required a large detention pond and a new pump station to handle stormwater from the commercial development. This economical pump station uses 7.5hp Ebara pumps in a duplex configuration to meet the required flow rates to empty the detention pond.

The newly constructed headquarters for the Sacramento Municipal Utility District purchased this package lift station to meet its medium sewage flow requirements. Submersible solids-handling pumps in a duplex configuration were specified in a deep well because this facility represents one of the ten largest public utilities in the country.

California State University Channel Islands | Stormwater Pump Station

A university needed this package stormwater pump station designed to meet the high flow requirements for draining a detention pond. A flooded inlet line from the detention pond is pumped by submersible centrifugal pumps in a duplex configuration.
