Montage Healdsburg | Wastewater Pump Station

Located in Healdsburg, California, the Montage Healdsburg, was in need of a new sewer wastewater lift station. This new resort is nestled in Wine Country and located close to numerous wineries and fine dining that draw in visitors to Healdsburg every year.
Pacific Grove Golf Course | Wastewater Pump Station for Effluent Recycling
230 GPM | 18.5′ TDH
The Pacific Grove Golf Course in California needed a wastewater lift station to pump medium flows of raw sewage to an effluent treatment and recycling system. This lift station was engineered with 3 hp Ebara submersible centrifugal pumps in a duplex configuration.
Indian Springs Resort | Geothermal Meter Vault
The Indian Springs Resort was required to add a geothermal flow meter vault to send its used spring water to treatment at the City of Calistoga. Water from the geothermal pools and spas at the resort must be treated before being discharged.
Stevens Pass Ski Resort | Fast Lift Station Retrofit

Romtec Utilities designed and supplied this wastewater lift station retrofit to meet the medium sewage flows at the Steven’s Pass Ski Resort. A major part of the retrofit supply package were two Vaughan submersible chopper pumps for wastewater.
USDA Forest Service | Federal Sewer Lift Station
120 GPM | 90′ TDH
The Green Ridge Campground purchased this lift station replacement that was configured to meet the medium sewage flow requirements of the site. Submersible solids handling pumps in a duplex configuration are protected from influent and turbulence by an inlet line drop bowl.
City of Beaumont | Wastewater Package Pump Station
467 GPM | 99.3′ TDH
The pump station was designed to the City of Beaumont’s standards which have adopted Eastern Municipal Water District requirements, as the city will also be the end owner of the system.

Manufacturing
Romtec Utilities provides a high level of system prefabrication prior to delivery of the system to the jobsite. This greatly reduces construction cost and installation time, as well as potential project delays and change orders. This high level of prefabrication can often reduce installation time from weeks to days. Additionally, Romtec Utilities takes pride in our quality control processes, ensuring that when the system is delivered to the job site everything will function as designed.
Construction
Romtec Utilities ensures the quality and success of every pumping system from the early stages of design, all the way through installation and construction. Romtec Utilities will send experienced installation advisors to the site who will advise the installing contractor throughout the installation process providing all parties with the reassurance that the station is constructed and ultimately functioning as designed.
Commissioning
Romtec Utilities’ startup, testing, and training services are essential to the success of any pumping system. Following installation our technicians are on-site working directly with all parties to field check the control panel, operate the pumps, perform system testing, and provide world class training to all maintenance personnel.
