A pigging port, plug valve, shut off valve, mechanical indicator, back flow actuator, and swing check valve are all contained in a below-grade valve vault. An outdoor control panel includes an autodialer for communications, conductive probes for level sensing, and an intrinsically safe barrier for in-well electrical controls.

This package stormwater lift station was configured to meet the medium runoff flow of this industrial property. One submersible centrifugal pump makes this a simplex station with an in-well check valve. The single pump handles high head conditions caused by 9,000 feet of 4” force main. Additional system valves are located in a below grade valve vault. An outdoor control panel includes floats for liquid level-sensing and a basic alarm for communication. A Thern crane was included with this station to raise and lower the pump.

An outdoor alternator panel handles the controls for this package lift station. It was designed with floats for liquid level sensing and a basic alarm. The wet well is accessible with a traffic-rated hatch.

This package wastewater lift station handles sewage flows from this large residential development neighborhood. Duplex submersible solids handling pumps pump a high flow rate from this 30’ deep wet well. The wet well includes an interior fiberglass lining and exterior coating. A below grade valve vault provides easy access to the valves, ports, and gauges. For level controls, the outdoor control panel includes a pressure transducer and floats for backup. An autodialer and backup generator are also included in the panel design and supply.

County of Del Norte

To extend the sewer system for Crescent City in Del Norte County, this sewage lift station was added to a new gravity line and force main. Duplex submersible chopper pumps pump the sewage to an existing gravity line and on to treatment. An easy-to-access below grade valve assembly contains the check and plug valves. An outdoor PLC panel is connected to a customer-supplied generator and is also protected by a customer-supplied shelter. Primary liquid level sensing is by a pressure transducer with floats as a backup.
