City of Marysville, WA – Residential Wastewater Pumping System
Wastewater Pumping System Project Description
Marysville, Washington is a city in the northern part of the Seattle metro area sitting on the north side of the Snohomish River Delta. Marysville is about 35 miles north of Seattle and close to the Possession Sound which is part of the Puget Sound.
Marysville is the second largest city in Snohomish County and in 2015, became the fastest growing city in Washington.
This project is for a new housing development called Bella Cresta in Marysville for 71 single family homes. The neighborhood is close to Interstate 5 and includes a sport court, play area and access to nearby shopping.
Keyston Land, LLC is the developer of the neighborhood. Snohomish County Excavating initially brought Romtec Utilities in on the project, then the Civil Engineer, the Blueline Group, also indicated they wanted to use Romtec Utilities.
Snohomish County Excavating performed the installation of the wastewater pump station. They provide excavating, along with site work in a variety of applications in Arlington, Washington.
The Blueline Group provides land development consulting services and is based in Kirkland, Washington.
Keystone Land is an LLC set up by Cornerstone Development.
We worked with the city, developer, and engineer to propose a system that they could accept. This is only a temporary system with the goal of keeping it simple, while also meeting minimum city requirements.
The City of Marysville is the end owner of this wastewater pump station designed and supplied by Romtec Utilities.
The Bella Cresta wastewater pump station features a Nema 3R Steel Enclosure to keep all controls out of the weather. It also features a Precast 577 valve vault, Duplex 4hp Flygt submersible pumps, and a precast 8’ x 18.6’ deep wet well.
Romtec Utilities works with cities, civil engineers, and contractors all over the country to provide the design and supply of high-quality pump stations that fit the specifications and requirements of every project. Contact us today to see how we can help get your next project started.
