Coyote Springs – Housing Development Sewer Lift Station
Project Description
This package lift station system was designed to meet the medium sewage flows of this new residential development and private golf course. Submersible solids handling pumps in a duplex configuration manage the influent for this deep well, and an above-grade valve assembly maintains proper discharge operations. An outdoor UL listed control panel includes float controls and a basic alarm. This package lift station was one of the first systems installed for the Coyote Springs development after government approvals in 2010.

Why They Chose Romtec Utilities
WSI International contacted Romtec Utilities to design and supply a wastewater lift station for a client constructing a residential development. The developer wanted to move fast, so as the civil engineer, WSI brought Romtec Utilities in as the package lift station supplier. Romtec Utilities was able to quickly create designs and submittal documents to get the lift station project approved. Within five months, the entire design, approval, manufacturing, and supply processes had been complete, and the general contractor, HDR Inc, installed the lift station package. Romtec Utilities met the pumping needs for this development in a short lead time to help the development get underway.
