Why They Chose Romtec Utilities
The Confederated Tribes of the Grande Ronde Utility District and its engineering firm, Harper Houf Peterson Reghellis Inc (HHPR), contacted Romtec Utilities to design a wastewater lift station for new tribal housing. The Grande Ronde Utility District wanted Romtec Utilities to match a design that Romtec Utilities had provided on a previous project. Working with HHPR, Romtec Utilities created a site-specific design that included the desired elements from the previous design. After the project went out to bid, Romtec Utilities provided the project manager and the bidding contractors with firm budgetary numbers. In the end, the Grande Ronde Utility District received a great package lift station that matched the design standards of the previous lift station within its budget.
