Visalia, California Logistics Wastewater Lift Station
This logistics facility wastewater lift station in Visalia, California services a development by CapRock Partners.
We worked with Caprock before on their HLA6 logistics facility, and they followed up directly with us after the completion of that project to get the design on this lift station started. This project is for a logistics building sewer lift station for their Central Point III building, which is a 1,270,750-square-foot Class A logistics and distribution facility encompassing 75 acres. This new logistics facility sewer pump station will service the distribution building that is critical to the California industrial warehouse market and the broader U.S. logistics supply chain. The location will allow its future tenants to reach over 50 million customers with one-day ground shipping.
Romtec Utilities worked with Layton Construction to determine what stage of construction the lift station needed to be installed during. In some ways, we utilized the base of design on the HLA6 project, other than the now and future flows triplex configuration, as the system was designed for future expansion at the Central Point campus.

Visalia, California Logistics Now and Future Flows Pump System
This project came to Romtec Utilities as a follow up to the startup completion from HLA6 Caprock. Caprock Partners reached out directly to Romtec Utilities.
This is a sanitary lift station that will receive wastewater from another logistics building like HLA6 Caprock. This warehouse building is a 1,270,750-square-foot Class A logistics and distribution facility encompassing approximately 75 acres within CapRock Central Point III, which is a part of CapRock’s larger 5-million-square-foot Central Point masterplan.
Being centrally located in California, the logistics building is approximately 230 miles north of Los Angeles and 230 miles south of San Francisco, so it plays a central role in California’s industrial warehouse market and the broader U.S. logistics supply chain.
The location is easily accessible to major Central Valley transportation including air, rail and highways, including State Route 99, which runs through the Central Valley and connects to major interstates I-5 and I-80. Caprock Central Point III’s position will allow its future tenants to reach over 50 million customers with one-day ground shipping.
We have worked with Caprock Partners previously on the Palomino Ranch and HLA6 projects. Caprock Partners is a leading Western and Central U.S. industrial real estate investor, developer and asset manager.

Distribution Facility Wastewater Lift Stations
We provide developments like this with lift stations as we are a single source company that handles everything from start to finish. We design, supply, and provide a warranty along with a construction advisor who ensures the system is installed the way it was designed. Also, we provide startup commissioning and training for maintenance personnel.
A logistics facility wastewater lift station, prepared for now and future flows, has further considerations which we can help with as the designer of the pump system. Our team of engineers can develop a system similar to this Central Point III system, that will meet now and future flows for a developing logistics facility campus.
Our process is simple and seamless.
