In Ontario, California, the Ontario Christian High School was undergoing renovations. The General Contractor (GC) CCI was building a new, state of the art building that would be a dual student center and athletic facility. This new addition to the high school would provide a new gymnasium, weight and training rooms, softball fields, and new parking lots with bus loading areas and plentiful parking.
Woodburn Development LLC, with ICON Construction and Development, Emerio Design, and Canby Excavations were in need of a wastewater lift station for a new development. The Romtec supplied waste water wet well is a precast 10’ inner diameter (ID) well that is 36’ in depth.
NLA Spring Valley LLC was constructing a commercial development and in need of a stormwater lift station. This Romtec Utilities stormwater pump system was needed for small and 100-year storm events for a commercial development.
Blois Construction brought the HOLA project to Romtec Utilities to provide a wastewater lift station. Romtec Utilities, along with Blois Construction and Brandow & Johnston Engineers worked together to get the design of the station approved by LA County.
Located at the northeastern edge of Vancouver on NE 117th Ave, this lift station will service a small industrial development as the city continues to grow and push its borders out. The Nielsen Industrial Subdivision that the sewer lift station will be serving involves roughly four acres of land for industrial construction.
