The Line at Santa Ana is a new mixed-use infill development that will add 228 new apartments and 4,000 square feet of commercial space across several buildings. Romtec Utilities was hired to provide two engineered pumping systems that would discharge treated stormwater into the storm sewer.
This project is a new lift station handling low flows in the Santa Ana Delhi Channel in Newport Beach, California. This system collects stormwater in a 10’ inner diameter (ID) wet well that reaches 32’ in depth. In the bottom of the well, three Ebara 20 horsepower (HP) submersible pumps sit ready to pump out the water.

The General Contractor (GC) CCI was building a new, state of the art building that would be a dual student center and athletic facility. This new addition to the high school would provide a new gymnasium, weight and training rooms, softball fields, and new parking lots with bus loading areas and plentiful parking.
