This is a wastewater project brought to Romtec Utilities by T-O Engineers. Romtec worked with T-O to develop our preliminary spec drawings for the Northside Logistics Center Phase 1.
Northside Logistics Center is a new industrial development by LDK Ventures, a premier real estate development company in the Western United States. Upon completion, the park will deliver just under 600,000 square feet of state-of-the-art, Class A industrial space.
The project boasts excellent freeway frontage and is immediately adjacent to the newly built Northside & I-84 interchange.
This front park, rear load building will be equipped with dock high and grade level doors, on-site trailer parking, ESFR sprinklers, 208′ truck courts, dock and grade level access, ample outdoor storage, and 32’ of clear height.
LDK, the developer, is looking at potential tenants, and noticed a need for increased water use, requiring a wastewater pump station.
