Contech Engineered Solutions needed this pump station to pump medium flows of clean water from a Contech filtration system to a nearby treatment pond. This system was designed with 5 hp Ebara pumps in a duplex configuration. A precast concrete wet well includes a pedestrian rated hatch and safety grate for reliable fall protection. Valve “cans” were included in the design and supply of this system for an economical control valve option. The control panel was a UL listed device in an outdoor enclosure, including a pressure transducer control device for redundancy.

A new 144,000 square feet, two building industrial center needed a large stormwater pump station to handle the runoff from the site. This triplex system includes a fourth, “jockey” pump to handle low flow dry-season runoff. The three large pumps are 20 hp Ebara submersible pumps designed for redundant pumping during high flow events. A pressure transducer serves as the primary level-sensing device and operates inside of a perforated stilling well designed to prevent solids from interfering with the sensor. The electrical controls are configured with a logic relay, intrinsically safe circuits, and communications.
Plantation Pipe Line|Polk County, GA|175 GPM - 90' TDH
This package stormwater lift station was configured to meet the medium runoff flow of this industrial property. One submersible centrifugal pump makes this a simplex station with an in-well check valve. The single pump handles high head conditions caused by 9,000 feet of 4” force main. Additional system valves are located in a below grade valve vault. An outdoor control panel includes floats for liquid level-sensing and a basic alarm for communication. A Thern crane was included with this station to raise and lower the pump.

Home Depot|Perris, CA|900 GPM - 16' TDH
The construction of a new Home Depot required a large detention pond and a new pump station to handle stormwater from the commercial development. This economical pump station uses 7.5hp Ebara pumps in a duplex configuration to meet the required flow rates to empty the detention pond. Parallel force mains were included with valve cans to provide simple and inexpensive piping and control valves. This submersible system uses cost-effective precast concrete barrels and a monolithic base to construct strong and reliable sump.
