Romtec Utilities worked directly with the developer, Lakeside at Granbury by Dolce Vita, to design and supply a retirement community wastewater pump system.
This new development will serve the community of Granbury, Texas with a senior center that has a variety of unique amenities. We were contacted to provide a brand-new retirement community wastewater pump station to meet the pumping needs of this retirement village development. This development provides great views and high-end amenities to a retirement community centrally located with access to a variety of local activities.
We work with developers all over the country to provide the complete design, manufacture, and supply of a retirement community wastewater pump system to meet exact pumping requirements of that project and location. As a single source entity, we handle the job from design, manufacture, and delivery, to when it’s commissioned, where we provide start up services along with training on how to operate the wastewater lift station.
Texas Senior Community Center Wastewater Lift Station
The senior living complex will feature 146 units, a clubhouse, dog park, a zen garden, fitness center, hair salon, concierge service and a sky lounge that will overlook the Brazos River. Granbury is about 40 miles southwest of Fort Worth, Texas. This senior living community center will support the Granbury community which had a population of around 11,000 at the 2020 census. Many buildings in Granbury town square are registered historic landmarks, including the Granbury Opera House.
Some attractions in the city include the Historic Granbury Square, Camp Crucis, Stumpy’s Lakeside Grill, Starr Hollow Golf Club, Granbury City Beach Park, Acton State Historic Site, Hunter Park, and Harbor Lakes Golf Club.
Fort Worth had a population of 918,915 as of the 2020 census, making it the 11th most populous city in the country. Attractions in Fort Worth, Texas include the Fort Worth Stockyards, Kimbell Art Museum, La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth (Mall), Hulen Mall, Ridgmar Mall, Dutch Branch Park, Fort Worth Botanic Garden, River Bend Nature Area Rock Garden, Lake Como Park, North Z Boaz Park, Pecan Valley Park, and the Fort Worth Zoo.
Nursing Center Wastewater Lift Station Project
Dolce Vita Developments is building a brand-new 5 story retirement facility in Granbury, Texas with a gorgeous view of Lake Granbury. This view is a peaceful place for residents to enjoy as they sit and relax at the sky lounge or various amenities included at the retirement facility. U.S. Route 377 runs through Granbury connecting it with Fort Worth.
Retirement Center Pump System Key Players
Romtec Utilities was contacted by Texas Water Engineers (TXWE), who were the utilities engineers on the project regarding pump selection for the private development. The discussion led to Terra Associates, who was the engineer on record, introducing us to Dolce Vita. Romtec Utilities was then contracted to provide the whole assisted retirement community wastewater pump system as a package.
It was a collaborative effort between TXWE, Terra and Romtec Utilities on the success of the design process. Terra and TXWE helped provide design criteria, perform internal team reviews, make site adjustments per recommendations, and facilitate the submissions from Romtec Utilities to the reviewers.
The general contractor was the NRP Group while the subcontractor Kickin’ A installed the senior living village package lift station. Hunt and Joiner was the foundation engineer while BGO Architects was the architect on the project.
Assisted Living Community Pump System Design
Romtec Utilities was proud to provide the design, manufacture, and supply of this retirement facility wastewater lift station for the Lakeside at Granbury retirement facility in Granbury, Texas by Dolce Vita Development Group. The assisted living community pump system features Ebara pumps in a duplex configuration inside a precast 8’ ID x 30.5’ wet well.
