The Indian Springs Resort needed two new lift stations designed to pump medium flows of sanitary sewer and wastewater to municipal treatment.
Jessie Hollow | Vancouver, WA | 124 GPM - 35' TDH
Krippner Homes needed a new lift station to handle medium flows of sanitary sewer from a new residential development.
Contech Plant|Redding, CA|660 GPM - 24.3' TDH
Contech Engineered Solutions needed this pump station to pump medium flows of clean water from a Contech filtration system to a nearby treatment pond. This system was designed with 5 hp Ebara pumps in a duplex configuration. A precast concrete wet well includes a pedestrian rated hatch and safety grate for reliable fall protection. Valve “cans” were included in the design and supply of this system for an economical control valve option. The control panel was a UL listed device in an outdoor enclosure, including a pressure transducer control device for redundancy.
DJ Farms|Guadalupe, CA|135 GPM - 36.8' TDH
This City of Guadalupe, California needed a new wastewater lift station to accommodate a residential development for up to 800 homes.
The City of Oakland|Oakland, CA|1,339 GPM - 21.9' TDH
This municipal water district replaced an existing lift station with this packaged lift station designed for the high sewage flow requirements. 15 hp submersible sewage pumps discharges to a below grade valve assembly, which includes valves, actuators, indicators, and access ports. The outdoor control panel utilizes a pressure transducer for primary liquid level sensing and float controls for backup. The panel also includes soft starters to reduce the inrush current, which can sap the onsite generator during pump starts.
