West Linn – Wilsonville School District – Wastewater Package Pump Station
Wastewater Lift Station Project Description
The addition at Wilsonville High School is a large performance theater with accompanying support spaces for performing arts, including drama instruction. The project includes a new 600-seat theater.
The project will also convert the existing auditorium, stage and theater to instructional space, increasing the total building capacity of the high school including career technical education opportunities.
Wilsonville is located within the Portland metropolitan area, just a few miles south of the biggest city in the state of Oregon. Wilsonville is close to Salem, the state capital, and various other suburbs of the metro area.
KPFF was the civil engineer for this project who connected Romtec Utilities with this opportunity.
Romtec Utilities worked directly with KPFF and WLWV on developing a preliminary design, scope, and pricing to meet the needs of the project.
This project was a direct purchase by the WLWV under the InterMountain ESD purchasing cooperative which is a part of the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA).
InterMountain Purchasing helps school districts and other public agencies in Oregon navigate the purchasing process either directly by doing the buying or indirectly by providing cooperative purchasing agreements and procurement assistance.
The general contractor for the project was Todd Construction and the installating contractor was Nutter Corporation which does civil construction in the Portland metro area. BORA was the Architect for the project on behalf of WLWV.
Romtec Utilities worked to design, supply, and advise on the scope of work to install the pump station that was put out to bid as part of the whole project.

– Precast Valve Vault with 2″ piping
– Duplex Ebara 7.5hp submersible pumps
– Primary Controller: Schneider Logic Relay
– Primary Level Sensing: Endress & Hauser FMX21 Pressure Transducer
– Secondary Level Sensing: (2) NOLTA MS1 Floats
– NEMA 4 Painted Steel
