Wastewater Lift Station Project Description
The Melanie Meadows housing development located in Madera, California needed a new turnkey wastewater pump station to serve the community and future expansion in the City of Madera.
Madera, California is known for some of the best vineyards and wineries in the United States with many awards and accolades. Madera is located in the San Joaquin Valley about 25 minutes north of Fresno, CA.
The Melanie Meadows project is a multi-phased residential development.
K. Hovnanian Homes is the developer creating the new housing project. This turnkey pump station was brought to Romtec Utilities by K. Hovnanian Homes through a returning customer.
The civil engineer on the project was Harbison International who is based out of Fresno, California. Harbinson International provides civil design services specializing in land development.
Browning Construction is from Fresno, California and was the utilities contractor. Browing specializes in dry and wet underground utilities providing great service at competitive pricing.
Sierra Construction, out of Bakersfield, California was the installing contractor for the turnkey pump station. Romtec Utilities has worked with Sierra Construction before on the City of Lemoore, Rodriguez Park, North Park, and other pump stations. Sierra has a great reputation for the construction of pump stations.
The City of Madera will be the final owner of this pump system.
