The City of the Dalles required this replacement package lift station to meet medium flows of municipal wastewater. This lift station included submersible centrifugal pumps in a duplex configuration with the ability to handle some suspended solids. The control panel for this lift station includes SCADA software to interact with a remote telemetry unit (RTU). These two systems provide communications from the pressure transducer and conductive probe level sensing devices. They also communicate calculated flow rates and any voltage variances in from the power supply.

A growing resort community with golf courses needed this Romtec Utilities package lift station to meet super high sewage flows with high head conditions. The resort has ample property for expansion and needed a wastewater lift station that would also expand. Two submersible solids handling pumps were included in the original supply, but the mounting hardware for a third pump in a triplex configuration was included to allow easy expansion as more condos are constructed. An outdoor control panel is protected by a shelter and utilizes a pressure transducer and backup floats for liquid level-sensing.

This lift station serves a large area and was installed at Santa Barbara Municipal Airport as part of a larger project. Two submersible solids handling pumps are supported by a jockey pump that acts as a sump pump for periods of low flow. An impressive control building contains the UL listed control panel, a backup diesel generator and automatic transfer switch, electric meter main, and ferrous chloride odor controls. The electrical controls interface directly with the existing detailed SCADA system used by the Goleta Sanitary District.
The City of Laguna Beach|Laguna Beach, CA|600 GPM - 77' TDH
This high flow wet/dry lift station replacement was installed “in the sand” of Main Beach with three dry pit pumps in a 26-feet-deep precast rectangular vault. Triplex split case pumps, sump pumps, an intake/exhaust fan, lights, valves, stairs, and a mezzanine were all provided in the package. The Allen Bradley PLC control panel, flow transmitter, and junction box are located in a control building. Sophisticated SCADA, 3 levels of redundancy, auxiliary power, and an HDPE wet well are all primary components of this package lift station.
Walmart|Gardnerville, NV|1,300 GPM - 23.4' TDH
A new Walmart Supercenter required this package stormwater pump station to handle runoff from its large impervious parking lot. A good sized detention basin collects the runoff water during a storm event, including from surrounding properties. Ebara submersible pumps then empty the detention pond at a high flow rate through just 45’ of force main into a gravity line that flows to treatment. An outdoor UL listed control panel includes float controls for primary and backup liquid level-sensing and a basic alarm for communications.
